The Enablement team at Thinking Machines is integral to ensuring that our clients are fully enabled to utilize the data platforms and services that we provide. Our team is responsible for proactively empowering our clients to leverage our high-impact data science solutions by providing hands-on workshops and upskilling sessions. The team aims to create accessible and easy to understand training programs that provide the fundamental skill sets needed by our clients.
As our Technical Instructor, your responsibilities will include:
Our courses cover a wide range of data science concepts from Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Storytelling. We do not expect you to be an expert in all of these right from the start. But as part of your role, you will be expected to learn about them over time through the help of our internal experts. The courses we aim to teach are technical in nature, and you are expected to be able to explain and break down these technical topics for any level of complexity given our diverse audience members. Some of the commonly taught courses include Google Cloud Platform, SQL, and Data Storytelling.
When there is no client training scheduled, you will be working with the Support Team in addressing issues arising from the delivered product that may include data ingestion, dashboard-building, and to further develop your technical skills. The Support Team handles multiple client requests in addressing issues from our built solutions. With that, you’ll get to see firsthand how our clients are interacting with the end product.
