The Marketing Lead is a strategic business leader who drives revenue growth and shapes Thinking Machines' market position across Southeast Asia. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that directly impact business outcomes, expand our market presence, and establish our brand as the leading enterprise data tech consultancy in the region.
You will own the entire marketing ecosystem, translating complex AI and data solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise clients while building strategic partnerships that accelerate our growth trajectory. This role requires a marketing master who can seamlessly navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business results.
Reporting to the Commercial Partner as part of the Commercials Team, you'll enjoy high autonomy to shape marketing strategy and execution. Business Growth & Revenue Generation
Drive strategic marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue: Orchestrate high-impact events, executive workshops, and demos that convert prospects into clients, with clear attribution to pipeline and revenue generation.
Drive compelling case studies, whitepapers, and marketing material that showcase our expertise, differentiate our solutions, and accelerate the buying journey from awareness to decision.
Establish clear metrics for tracking the effectiveness of marketing assets (events, workshops, case studies, whitepapers) to demonstrate measurable ROI and refine our approach.
Work closely with Senior Leaders to develop targeted go-to-market strategies, using our core marketing assets to create industry-specific value propositions that resonate with decision-makers
Brand Leadership & Market Positioning
Translate our technical expertise into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers, from refining solution messaging for Generative AI and Data Governance offerings to orchestrating thought leadership content.
Amplify our market presence through developing and distributing strategic content that establishes our authority in AI and data solutions.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Build and leverage relationships with technology partners like Microsoft, AWS, and other tech giants, identifying co-marketing opportunities that expand our reach.
Transform marketing partnerships into tangible business outcomes—from joint events and content to accelerated deal cycles.
Orchestrate invite-only executive events with tech partners that position Thinking Machines with C-suite decision makers.
Marketing Innovation & Execution Excellence
Pioneer marketing innovation in the AI/tech consulting space, experimenting with GenAI-powered workflows and developing innovative approaches to B2B marketing.
Lead the design and execution of campaigns across digital assets, thought leadership content, and executive events.
Analyze campaign metrics and market intelligence to continuously refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Minimum Requirements
Marketing Leadership experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, consulting, or enterprise software sectors
Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
Experience managing internal and external resources and complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business units
Strong creative and design capabilities with proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Technical marketing skills including analytics (GA4, Search Console), CRM systems (Pipedrive, Mailchimp), and marketing automation platforms (Make)
Demonstrated ability to create compelling content across formats—from thought leadership articles to pitch decks to social media campaigns
Experience with event management, from intimate executive sessions to large-scale conferences
Understanding of enterprise B2B buying processes and ability to create targeted campaigns for different stages of the customer journey
