The Change Management Lead is responsible for designing and driving a comprehensive, program-wide change management and user adoption strategy for a large-scale digital transformation initiative. The role ensures that new digital solutions are effectively adopted, embedded into operations, and supported by sustainable internal capabilities.
This position operates across multiple concurrent projects, aligning stakeholders, standardizing approaches, and enabling consistent execution of change management practices.
This role is offered as a 6-month contract initially, with potential to extend up to 1.5 years based on program needs.
This role requires partial overlap with client working hours, including evening meetings, but candidates will have flexibility to self-manage their working hours (morning, afternoon, or evening) as long as outputs are delivered, and they are expected to coordinate with clients and teammates as needed.

Expected Outputs
5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in change management, digital transformation, or enablement roles across program- or multi-project environments
Change Management & Framework Expertise: Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR) in designing frameworks, playbooks, or standardized approaches across programs
Communication & Stakeholder Enablement: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-centered messaging, training, and engagement plans, and effectively align both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Execution & Ownership: High level of ownership and initiative, with a collaborative and hands-on approach to driving change activities, supporting teams, and enabling internal capability-building
Problem Solving in Ambiguity: Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with the ability to create structure, guide teams, and apply practical, delivery-oriented problem solving grounded in real-world constraints
Learning Agility: Strong learning agility and curiosity, with the ability to quickly build context across new domains, tools, or transformation initiatives, and apply learnings to improve adoption and delivery outcomes
