During periods when enablement program delivery doesn't fully utilize your billable hours, you're expected to flex into Project Management or another relevant technical area, contributing as an individual contributor on billable projects. These hands-on project experiences will significantly accelerate your growth as an Enablement Consultant in the data science space.
